Who can join?

Licensed contractors, specialty trades, new-home builders, architects and engineers, lenders and capital partners, agents, property managers and suppliers who work in Annapolis, Anne Arundel County and nearby Maryland markets.

What do you look for in contractors?

An active Maryland Home Improvement Commission license for home improvement work (or state home builder registration for new homes), proper insurance, references, clear written contracts and a record of finishing jobs on schedule.

Is there a fee to apply?

No. Applying is free and puts you in our review queue. If there is a fit, we will talk through how referrals or project work would actually work before anything is agreed.

How do lenders and capital partners fit in?

TBG works with lenders and capital partners on its own projects and refers investor borrowers. Tell us about your programs, typical loan sizes and markets, and we will follow up directly.
