For landowners and co-investors
New rental homes, built to hold.
TBG builds new single-family homes around Annapolis and keeps them as long-term rentals. If you own land, or want to partner on a project, we'd like to hear from you.
Ways to partner
Sell or contribute land
Have a buildable lot or a parcel that could be subdivided? We evaluate zoning, utilities, septic or sewer, and Critical Area limits, then propose a purchase or a joint venture.
Co-invest on a project
Invest alongside TBG in specific build-to-rent homes. Offered privately, project by project, to qualified investors.

How we pick sites
Good rentals start with the right lot.
We look for lots where a durable, low-maintenance home makes sense for a long hold: access to commuting routes, schools and services; a clear path on utilities and septic or sewer; and a permit path that doesn't depend on variances.
Common questions
What is build-to-rent?
Building new single-family homes to rent rather than sell. TBG builds and holds rental homes in Anne Arundel County and partners with others on new projects.
I own a lot. Can we work together?
Possibly. Depending on the site, partnerships can take the form of a purchase, a joint venture where your land is your contribution, or a build-to-suit. We start by looking at zoning, utilities, well and septic or sewer, and any Critical Area limits.
Can I invest alongside TBG?
We work with a small number of co-investors on specific projects. Reach out and we will follow up directly. Any investment is offered privately to qualified investors, never through this website.
Where do you build?
Annapolis, Anne Arundel County and nearby Maryland markets.
Nothing on this page is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Any investment opportunity is offered only privately, to qualified investors, through definitive documents.
