# TBG (The Brett Group)

> TBG (The Brett Group, LLC) is a real estate company in Annapolis, Maryland. It builds and holds its own homes and connects homeowners and investors to the network behind its projects: MHIC-licensed partner contractors for remodels and state-registered builders for new homes, business-purpose private lending, and build-to-rent partnerships. For home improvement TBG is a referral service and does not perform the work; matching is free to homeowners.
